I made this tin for a Spring swap awhile back - though not the first altoid tin I've altered it is the first tin I covered with polymer clay - I learned how to do this from my friend Debbie Sprake, who creates some of the most beautiful polymer clay art that I've seen. Debbie showed me how to use alcohol inks to color the polymer clay and then to stamp into the clay using ink pads instead of mica powder as a release agent.

I'm very pleased to be the recipient of that Altered tin. It's beautiful & is sitting on my shelf in my craftroom.
